We are looking for a customer focused representative. This ideal candidate will act as a liaison, provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face in a friendly, timely, accurate and efficient manner.
The customer support department is the face of the company and the aim is to ensure excellent service standards are provided and high customer satisfaction is maintained. Our team members act as brand ambassadors being responsible for it’s reputation and building long term relationships with our customers.
Kwiff is not gambling as you know it. It’s a new approach to sports betting and casino focusing on giving each player an individual experience. We are determined to challenge the industry by being outrageously innovative and product focused – building the gambling company of the future. To be in total control we have built our own tech platform including a fully automated sportsbook. We have launched our native iOS and Android apps on the UK market, offering our customers best-in-class UX/UI.
