VIP Account Manager

VIP Account Manager

MALTA

Kwiff is not gambling as you know it. It’s a new approach to sports betting and casino focusing on giving each player an individual experience. We are determined to challenge the industry by being outrageously innovative and product focused – building the gambling company of the future. To be in total control we have built our own tech platform including a fully automated sportsbook. We have launched our native iOS and Android apps on the UK market, offering our customers best-in-class UX/UI. Our ambition is to offer the best gambling experience and we have the knowledge, resources and courage to make it happen.

Kwiff was founded in 2015 and we have been on a rocket trajectory since with already more than 65 employees across our London and Malta offices. Founder Anders Ström has a proven track-record in the industry previously having founded operator Unibet/Kindred Group and sportsbook supplier Kambi. Kwiff offers the advantages of a young and dynamic start-up coupled with the stability and security of a larger and established company.

Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and innovative account manager to take care of the kwiff superstars. As you will know it is all about the right timing and the right approach, and you will need to be proactive and cater to our most valuable players before they even know they have an unfulfilled need. Whether they play casino, bet on sports or a bit of both you will give them the A-list treatment; cultivating personal relationships and customising the kwiff experience for each and everyone of them based on their individual profiles and needs.

This will be a very challenging role as we don’t believe in doing things like other gambling companies. For instance we don’t do bonuses, so you will have to get creative and come up with new and innovative ways of exciting and retaining the kwiff superstars. We’re basically looking for a superhero, who is ready to shake up their bag of tricks and disrupt the traditional thinking on ‘VIP treatment’.

We imagine you’ll have an inquisitive and analytical mind and a positive, ‘get it done’-attitude. You thrive in busy environments, love to meet new people, can find your own order in chaos and excel at problem solving. It will be up to you to analyse player data and decide which players need more attention and set up procedures for interacting with them from CRM, marketing and Customer Experience point of view.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience within iGaming or VIP management in another innovative and tech driven industry
  • Good knowledge of sports betting and casino desirable
